PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bead ring which keeps an air venting effect and restrains rubber from being protruded.SOLUTION: A bead ring 8 is installed in a tire mold on the inside of which a cavity is partitioned. A division plane 20 for communicating the cavity with the outside is formed along the peripheral direction of the bead ring 8. The division plane 20 includes a first division plane 24 and a second division plane 26 which cross each other at an angle &thetas; along the radial direction thereof so that the end of the first division plane 24 is opposed to the cavity and the end of the second division plane 26 is opposed to the outside. The angle &thetas; is set within 30-110°, the length L of the first division plane 24 from the cavity side-end thereof to a crossing part 28 is set to 0.3-2.5 mm and a clearance C between the first division plane 24 and the second division plane 26 is set to 0.02-0.11 mm. |
