PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal apparatus having engageable and disengageable first and second molded parts capable of reducing variation in force required for engaging and disengaging the parts.SOLUTION: The portable terminal apparatus includes: a first molded member (103) and a second molded member (11) engageable and disengageable with each other; a groove (d) that is formed in a plane along, defining an engagement direction between the first molded member and the second molded member as an X-direction, the X-direction of the first molded member and extends in a Y-direction perpendicular to the X-direction; and an engagement catch (160) which is provided at a position corresponding to the groove in the second molded member and has a shape that a beam extends in the Y-direction to engage with the groove. The groove (d) is arranged to have one end (de) closed and the other end (df) opened in the Y-direction. |
