PURPOSE: A payment method in a high-pass system with a mobile communication terminal is provided to reduce a cost for purchasing a high-priced high-pass terminal and eliminate the inconvenience of issuing and charging a payment card. CONSTITUTION: A payment device of a high-pass system with a mobile communication terminal includes an active signal transmitter(20), a high-pass base station(30), and a toll collecting server(40). The active signal transmitter transmits a specific code to activate the mobile communication terminal for the payment of the high-pass system. A high-pass base station transceives terminal information and a processing result with the mobile communication terminal. The toll collecting server receives high-pass information from the high-pass system and calculates a toll by receiving the terminal information from the mobile communication terminal through the high-pass base station. A high-pass base station requests toll payment to a billing center, receives payment information, and outputs the processing result to the high-pass system and the mobile communication terminal according to a payment result.
