Provided are a device for measuring the temperature of a photovoltaic panel and a photovoltaic generating system capable of measuring the temperature of the photovoltaic panel with an economical method by forming a temperature sensor which can monitor a large area of the rear side of the photovoltaic panel. The device for measuring the temperature of the photovoltaic panel according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the photovoltaic panel and the temperature sensor attached to the rear side thereof to measure the temperature of the entire surface of the photovoltaic panel.
