PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin delivery device capable of preventing occurence of troubles such as the biting of a coin in a sending means when coins are delivered from an accumulation part to a transportation part, and thereby increasing a delivery speed of coins, and to provide a coin handling apparatus including the coin delivery device and a coin delivery method.SOLUTION: The coin delivery device comprises: regulation means 34 for regulating such an operation that coins delivered by delivery means 22 are sent to a transportation part 40; and sending means 26 for receiving the coins delivered by the delivery means 22 to send them to the transportation part 40. The sending means 26 sends the coins to the transportation part 40 against the regulation by the regulation means 34. |
