PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional photoelectric conversion device in which even in the case of turning off a switch MOS transistor provided in a feedback path of a differential amplifier part, a threshold leak current flows through the switch MOS transistor via an output of the differential amplifier part.SOLUTION: A control node of a switch MOS transistor is given with a predetermined electric potential which sets a voltage between the control node and one of main nodes of the switch MOS transistor at a value equal to or less than a threshold voltage, and furthermore in a time period for which a signal based on charges of a photoelectric conversion part is given to one of input nodes of a differential amplifier part, an electric potential of the one of main nodes of the switch MOS transistor is prevented from coming near to the predetermined electric potential given to the control node. |
