PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk brake capable of suppressing a brake noise.SOLUTION: A support portion 26 of a carrier includes two surface portions 90 and 91 inclined with respect to a disc radial line Y extending through the rotation center axis O of a disk 2 and the pressure center axis X of a friction member 76 of a friction pad 6. An abutment portion 81 of a back plate 75 of the friction pad 6 is formed to abut against both the two surface portions 90 and 91. The pressing center axis X of the friction member 76 resides within the range of the abutment portion 81 in the extending direction of the disk radial line Y. |
