PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting device with which a rotary bird injury prevention tool can easily and securely be fitted to an overhead cable.SOLUTION: A screw rod 5 is vertically screwed to a lower arm part 3 of a clamp body 1. A reception member 16 is supported to an upper end part of the screw rod. A lower face of an upper arm part 4 of the clamp body 1 facing the reception member is formed in an arc face shape following an outer peripheral face of an overhead cable 40. A half-cut cylindrical section 36 whose lower haft part is cut and whose lower face is an arc face shape is formed in coupling members 30a to 30d crowned to the upper arm part, and a diameter expansion section 37 whose diameter is large and whose lower half part is cut is integrally formed at a tip of the half-cut cylindrical section. The overhead cable 40 is sandwiched by rotating the screw rod 5, and the half-cut cylindrical section 36 is attached to the overhead cable. A cylindrical rotary bird injury prevention tool 41 which is rotatably arranged in the overhead cable is fitted to the diameter expansion section 37 to attach the rotary bird injury prevention tool 41 so that it cannot move in a longitudinal direction. |
