PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas stove including a pot bottom temperature sensor, which is provided with an electric valve which closes when a sensor detection temperature is an upper limit temperature of a set temperature range or higher and opens when a sensor detection temperature is a lower limit temperature of the set temperature range or lower and an orifice in parallel with the electric valve in a gas supply passage to a burner, and which can avoid an unnecessary increase of closing operation time of the electric valve even though a misfire does not occur, thereby enhancing temperature regulation performance.SOLUTION: The closing operation time required for a switch from an open valve state to a closed valve state of the electric valve can be varied gradually or continuously in accordance with the temperature of a flame port so that the closing operation time becomes shorter as the temperature of the flame port of the burner rises. An elapsed time TM from a combustion start of the burner can be used as a parameter for indicating the temperature of the flame port. |
