PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for enhancing resistance to sunscreen agents while keeping good feel of touch of a coating film formed by a coating composition.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a coating composition containing a base resin selected from a group consisting of an acryl resin having a solubility parameter of less than 20 MPa, a number average molecule weight of 500 to 20000, and a hydroxyl value of 50 to 200 mg KOH/g, a polyester resin, a polyether resin and a polycarbonate resin, and a polyisocyanate resin having 2 or more isocyanate groups at its terminal with a weight ratio of 65 pts.wt.:35 pts.wt. to 88 pts.wt.:12 pts.wt (total of both is 100 pts.wt.). |
