PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and easily perform positioning and an adhesion treatment.SOLUTION: A conductive adhesive sheet 1 has a conductive adhesive layer 2 formed into a film shape, and a tacky resin layer 3 which is formed on one surface of the conductive adhesive layer 2 and has tackiness. The conductive adhesive sheet 1 further has a first release sheet 4 and a second release sheet 5 which sandwich the conductive adhesive layer 2 and the tacky resin layer 3. The conductive adhesive layer 2 is formed by any adhesive out of an isotropic conductive adhesive and an anisotropic conductive adhesive.
