PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processor, a radiation detector, and a fluorescence X-ray analyzer capable of eliminating the influence exerted on the dead time by the change of an offset value.SOLUTION: An integration part 11 integrates a signal from an X-ray detector (radiation detector), and generates a signal in which a signal value rises stepwise. An offset part 12 divides the signal from the integration part 11 into two signals, and each signal is added with an offset value. An offset control part 14 changes the offset value at a different timing by the two signals so that the signal value does not exceed the upper limit value. A wave height analyzer 16 analyzes the signal which does not have a timing of changing the offset value among the two signals. The signal can be analyzed by avoiding the change of the signal value by the change of the offset value, and the change of the offset value does not affect the dead time. Consequently, the dead time can be shortened than before. |
