<p>A liquid crystal module packing box comprises: a box body (2), an upper cover and a lower cover (24, 22) fastened on an upper end and a lower end of the box body respectively, a cushioning fixing rack provided in the box body, cushioning base plates (7) provided at two sides of the cushioning fixing rack, and a support unit provided at a central portion of the box body. The cushioning fixing rack comprises two lower cushioning racks (4) and four upper cushioning racks (6) corresponding to the two lower cushioning racks; the support unit is formed by two support plates (8); when liquid crystal modules (9) are fixed on the lower cushioning racks, every two upper cushioning racks correspond to one lower cushioning rack and are sleeved on the liquid crystal module; and the two support plates are fixed between the two lower cushioning racks so as to improve the compressive strength of the center of the packing box. For the liquid crystal module packing box, the support unit made of corrugated paper is provided at the center of the packing box, thereby improving the compressive strength of the center of the liquid crystal module packing box; the cushioning fixing rack is made by using the foaming material, thereby reducing the overall weight of the liquid crystal module packing box; moreover, the liquid crystal module packing box is easy and convenient to manufacture, can be produced at high volume, and has the low packing cost.</p> |
