PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that is able to change the priority of a communication flow depending on the state of a network where the communication flow goes through.SOLUTION: A communication system 1A comprises: a network information acquisition function 210 for acquiring network information indicating the state of a communication network; a per flow communication quality estimation function 232 for estimating respective communication situations of a plurality of communication flows in the communication network on the basis of the network information; and an imparted priority calculation function 231 for changing respective priority of some communication flows of the plurality of communication flows if the respective communication situations of the plurality of communication flows satisfy a prescribed condition. |
