PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent excellent in an anti-foaming property and detergency.SOLUTION: A detergent contains a component (A): decyl sulfate and a component (B): a condensed phosphate, with a mass ratio expressed by (component (A))/(component (B)) of 3/97 to 30/70, and further contains a component (C): one or more selected from 2-ethyl hexanoic acid or an alkali metal salt thereof, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, propylene glycol, and benzoic acid or an alkali metal salt thereof, preferably with a mass ratio expressed by (component (A))/(component (C)) of 5 to 50. Additionally in a cleaning method, cleaning is done by using a cleaning fluid containing the detergent, and the cleaning fluid preferably contains ozone. |
