PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a refill that ensures an air flow passage between inside and outside the refill; and a ball point pen including the refill.SOLUTION: A tubular refill 10 includes a front end part, a rear end part, a writing part disposed at the front end part, and a refill lid 30 attached to the rear end part. The refill 10 includes an air flow passage 35 to permit communication between inside and outside the refill 10. When the refill is housed in a shaft cylinder, the refill lid 30 is contacted with an inner wall of a rear end part of the shaft cylinder. An opening part 36 extending from the outside of the refill 10 to the inside of the air flow passage 35 is disposed on a side surface part of the rear end part or a side surface part of the refill lid 30. |
