PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring anti-allergen performance of a tested product, in a state close to its actual use environment and with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A measurement method for anti-allergen performance sequentially executes the steps of: (1) feeding a measured surface of a tested product with solid-like sample containing an allergen; (2) covering the measured surface of the tested product onto which the solid-like sample is fed with a covering member having the same surface composition as that of the measured surface, to make the allergen contained in the solid-like sample contact the measured surface for a predetermined time while holding the solid-like sample between the covering member and the measured surface; and (3) collecting the solid-like sample after the previous steps to measure antigenicity of the allergen in the solid-like sample. Thus, in a state close to an actual use environment of the tested product and with high accuracy, anti-allergen performance of the tested product is measured. |
