PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation type drive device capable of multi-directionally driving a mobile body by combining drive force of a plurality of motors and considering difference between at least two directions intersecting with each other of a transmission characteristic of the combined drive force.SOLUTION: A control device comprises: a deviation calculation unit configured so as to output first and second deviation signals in a first direction and a second direction intersecting with the first direction, respectively on the basis of difference between a position command and position data of a mobile body; a compensation unit for outputting first and second control signals on the basis of the first and second deviation signals, respectively; and a control amount operation unit for outputting at least a first signal on a drive parameter for a first motor and a second signal on a drive parameter for a second motor, on the basis of the first and second control signals.
