PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolytic battery including a polymer electrolyte superior in ion conductivity.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolytic secondary battery comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a polymer electrolyte. The polymer electrolyte is produced by polymerization of a polymer electrolyte precursor including a polymerizable compound, a polymerization initiator and a nonaqueous electrolyte. The polymer electrolyte is unevenly distributed on one of the positive electrode and the negative electrode. A method for manufacturing a nonaqueous electrolytic secondary battery comprises the steps of: making arrangement so that only one of a positive electrode and a negative electrode to include a polymerizable compound; injecting a nonaqueous electrolyte and a polymerization initiator into an outer sheath in which an electrode assembly including the positive electrode, the negative electrode and a separator is inserted; and causing the polymerization of a polymer electrolyte precursor including a polymerizable compound, the polymerization initiator and the nonaqueous electrolyte. |
