PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip holder unit capable of stabilizing the holding position of a scribing wheel to improve linearity of a scribe line.SOLUTION: A scribing wheel 30 is disk-shaped, has a through-hole 31 at the center thereof and a V-shaped blade edge along an outer periphery of the disk. A tip holder body 10 has a holder groove 12 with a certain width for insertion of the scribing wheel 30 and a pair of supporting portions 13 and 14. Bearing holders 17 and 18 are inserted respectively into through-holes 15 and 16 of the supporting portions 13 and 14. The scribing wheel 30 is held between a pair of balls 25 and 26, bearings 24 and 27 holding the balls freely rotatably and the bearing holders 17 and 18, and is freely rotatably kept by them. |
