In the present invention, disclosed is a gas cooling and exhausting device of a gas insulated circuit breaker. According to the present invention, a cooling and exhausting induction member with a dual structure to induce the cooling and exhausting of insulation gas is formed in a fixing unit structure of the gas insulated circuit breaker. Thereby, the thermal insulation recovery performance of the insulation gas (SF6) is improved by cooling the insulation gas (SF6) of high temperature and high pressure blowing between the arc contact of a fixing unit and the arc contact of a moving unit by a pressure chamber in the fixing unit structure and quickly discharging the cooled insulation gas to the inner space of an external case with a time difference. Besides, insulation breakdown is prevented and the breaking performance of the gas insulated circuit breaker is improved.
