The present invention relates to a cord arrangement device which can be attached and used to a blind. A conventional cord of a blind is formed low in a loop type, and hence, sometimes causes an infant′s safety accident or death from suffocation. In order to solve the above problem, various methods have been proposed, but did not come into effect due to various problems, such as economic feasibility, practicability, perfectness, convenience, and others. The cord arrangement device according to the present invention comprises: an entrance (7) to which a cord (10) can be inserted and mounted; a cord holder (3) having a through hole (9) formed to make the cord move well; and a cord tensioner (8) having two through holes (9), wherein the cord holder (3) is attached in the vicinity of a clutch (1), and the cord of the blind to which the cord tensioner is mounted is formed higher than the conventional cord in such a manner that the cord forms a loop in order of the clutch, the through hole (9) of the cord tensioner, the through hole of the cord holder, the other through hole of the cord tensioner, and the clutch, such that the cord is located above the height of infants to thereby prevent safety accidents. The cord arrangement device can be used to the conventional blind as it is without any change in length of the cord and any deformation of other devices, and is returned to its original position due to weight of the cord tensioner (8) after being used so as to be used conveniently in safety. |
