According to the present invention, a rainwater storage apparatus using an immersion type membrane module comprises: an inlet pipe into which rainwater flows; a collecting well including a rainwater infiltration container and a flow hole, wherein the rainwater infiltration container filters the rainwater flowing through the inlet pipe, and the flow hole allows the rainwater to flow into the rainwater infiltration container; an outlet pipe discharging the rainwater filtered in the collecting well; and a storage tank formed in the inner space of a pre-installed septic tank and storing the rainwater discharged through the outlet pipe, wherein the rainwater infiltration container comprises: a first immersion type membrane module placed at the upper side of the rainwater infiltration container and filtering the rainwater flowing through the flow hole; a first filter placed at the bottom of the first immersion type membrane module and filtering the rainwater passing through the first immersion type membrane module; a second immersion type membrane module placed at the lower side of the first filter and filtering the rainwater passing through the first filter; and a second filter placed at the bottom of the second immersion type membrane module and filtering the rainwater passing through the second immersion type membrane module.
