PURPOSE: A touch screen device has a touch screen on a tempered glass layer, thereby reducing the number of components and the weight. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting unit (11) and a light receiving unit (12) are facing each other with a peripheral surface of a tempered glass layer constituting a liquid crystal display device as the center. The light emitting unit emits light by receiving external power and comprises a light emitting element that radiates the light to the tempered glass layer. The light receiving unit comprises a light receiving element that concentrates the light and senses the light. A reflector member (13) is provided at a position except for the side where the light receiving unit concentrates the light on to reflect the light to the tempered glass layer. The reflector member consists of a concave reflection mirror that is bent concavely in a direction of the tempered glass layer.
