PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutralizer capable of accurately detecting the liquid level of drain stored inside, and a combustor including the neutralizer.SOLUTION: In a neutralizer 15 used in a state where liquid is stored so that the height of an inside liquid surface becomes a reference liquid level Lα to be a predetermined liquid level, an attached detection part 28 of liquid level detection means is surrounded by a protective member 30. The protective member 30 surrounds the whole part from the upper end of a part positioned in a storage part 20 of the detection part 28 to the lower end thereof, and is in a state of opening the lower end part with respect to the outside. Further, a ventilation hole 36 is formed on the lateral upper side of the protective member 30. |
