摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery cell that prevents cracks from being generated in a support substrate by reduction treatment.SOLUTION: A fuel battery cell 100 includes a support substrate 10 and a power generation section 20. The support substrate 10 has a fuel gas passage 10a thereinside, and contains MgO and YO. The power generation section 20 is formed on the support substrate 10, and has a fuel electrode 21, an air electrode 24, and a solid electrolyte layer 22 arranged between the fuel electrode 21 and the air electrode 24. In the support substrate 10 as reduced, the average joining length between MgO particles and YOparticles is 0.63 μm or more and 3.8 μm or less. The support substrate 10 does not contain Ni. The fuel electrode 21 has a silicon content of 200 ppm or less, a phosphorus content of 50 ppm or less, a chromium content of 100 ppm or less, a boron content of 100 ppm or less, and a sulfur content of 100 ppm or less.
