PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable ink composition and a printed matter, having excellent adhesiveness to poorly adhesive materials such as polyolefin and excellent preservability.SOLUTION: An active energy ray-curable ink composition contains a vinyl ether monomer having 2 or more vinyl ether groups (A), a compound having a vinyl ether monomer at its terminal while having an urethane skeleton (B) and a photoinitiator (C), and a mass ratio of the vinyl ether monomer (A) and the compound (B) is in a range of vinyl ether monomer (A)/compound (B)=35/65 to 99/1. |
