PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated feedback signal encoding program and a decoding method, device, and program.SOLUTION: A signal encoding method includes: combining two carrier waves of dual carriers into an integrated feedback signal by means of a hybrid automatic retransmission request-response (HARQ-ACK) signal in the case where the two carrier waves are configured in multi-input/multi-output (MIMO) (101); and performing mapping to a code word in accordance with the integrated feedback signal on the basis of a predetermined mapping relation between signals and code words (102). A method for integrating and encoding feedback signals of the two carrier waves and performing transmission through one code channel in a dual carrier multi-input/multi-output (DC-MIMO) mode is provided, a code error rate and error detection cost are reduced, power cost is suppressed, and system efficiency is enhanced without affecting a cubic metric (CM) value.
