PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that, when an injection molding co-transfer method is performed using a resin with reinforcing fibers kneaded thereinto, the glossiness of the molded part is damaged, and further, an ink flow occurs.SOLUTION: Using a die device comprising an A type plate 11 for molding, a B type plate 13 for molding, an A type plate 12 for decoration and a B type plate 13 for decoration, the following production process is performed. A material resin is injected into a molding cavity formed by the A type plate 11 for molding and the B type plate 13 for molding, and a naked resin molded part 5 is discharged at a temperature in the vicinity of the glass transition temperature of the material resin. The naked resin molded parts are arranged inside the A type plate 12 for decoration and the B type plate 13 for decoration arranged with a transfer sheet 10 to be molded and clamped, transfer printing is performed using the heat of the naked resin molded parts 5, thus a decorative molded part 6 is produced. |
