PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous washing device of a steel plate and a continuous cleaning method in which a blemish or the like is not added to a steel plate, an oil content can be removed over the whole of the steel plate, an additive process is not needed, and running costs can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A continuous washing device 10 of a steel plate that performs continuous cleaning of an oil content adhering to both sides of a steel plate 11 continuously traveling includes: a mediator feed section 4 that supplies a mediator of a supersonic wave to both sides of a traveling steel plate 11; a supersonic wave generation device 1 that performs cavitation treatment by imparting a supersonic wave to both sides of a traveling steel plate 11 through a mediator; and an absorption roll unit 5 that holds both sides of a traveling steel plate 11 after cavitation treatment and includes an absorption roll 3 that absorbs an oil content and moisture of a steel plate. |
