PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic device for generating a stricture index showing the degree of a stricture of a blood vessel on the basis of angiographic data.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic device relating to an embodiment includes an X-ray tube 12, an X-ray detector 16, an image generation part 24 for generating a plurality of medical images of a time sequence about a blood vessel network in a predetermined organ of a subject on the basis of an output from the X-ray detector 16, a region setting part 22 for setting a first upstream region and a first downstream region of a stricture position of a first blood vessel in the blood vessel network in the medical images, a curve generation part 32 for generating a stricture upstream curve showing a change in pixel values along a time sequence on the basis of a plurality of pixel values included in the first upstream region, and generating a stricture downstream curve showing a change in pixel values along the time sequence on the basis of a plurality of pixel values included in the first downstream region, a stricture index generation part 33 for generating a stricture index showing the degree of a stricture of a first blood vessel on the basis of the stricture upstream curve and the stricture downstream curve, and a display part 23 for displaying the stricture index. |
