PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress leakage flux, parallel to an axis, from rotor magnets and prevent detachment of the rotor magnets.SOLUTION: An electromechanical device includes: a rotor; and a stator that is arranged on a radially outer side of the rotor. The rotor has: a rotating shaft; a plurality of rotor magnets that are fixedly and cylindrically arranged along an outer circumference of the rotating shaft; and two magnet side yokes that are fixedly arranged so as to be in contact with both side surfaces of the rotor magnets in an axial direction of the rotating shaft. On a surface thereof in contact with the rotor magnets, each magnet side yoke has an overhang portion that retains the rotor magnets with respect to radial directions from the center of the rotating shaft toward the outer circumference so as to limit movement of the rotor magnets in the radial directions. |
