PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fire-extinguishing equipment capable of reducing a facility cost in a property under fire prevention measures where a fire prevention zone having a high ceiling and a fire prevention zone without a high ceiling are mixed.SOLUTION: Fire-extinguishing equipment 1 according to the present invention comprises: sprinkler fire-extinguishing equipment 3 installed at a second fire prevention zone B with no high ceiling 2; a branch pipe 7 connected to a secondary-side pipe 6 thereof and disposed at a first fire prevention zone A with a high ceiling 2; and water discharge type fire-extinguishing appliances 9 installed at the branch pipe 7. The water discharge type fire-extinguishing appliance 9 comprises as a set: a flame sensor 23 having a prescribed fire monitoring area; an open-type water discharge head 25 forming a watering area corresponding to the fire monitoring area; a motor-operated valve 27 provided at the pipe 32 for feeding water to the open-type water discharge head 25; and a control unit 29 for opening the motor-operated valve on the basis of a detection signal of the flame detector 23.
