PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently execute a test aiming at a telegraphic message flowing in a power control system.SOLUTION: A telegraphic message analysis device 1 comprises: a search part 21 for obtaining a telegraphic message to be transmitted/received between a control server 2 and a slave station 3, and for searching a telegraphic message group matching search conditions from the acquired telegraphic message group; and an analysis part 22 for referring to, as for each telegraphic message of the telegraphic message group searched by the search part 21, template data 24 showing data content at each data position of each telegraphic message, and for converting the data content of each telegraphic message into text data, and for displaying the conversion result on an analysis screen 70. |
