PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve further high mix homogeneity of at least two kinds of fine particles in which average primary particle diameters are different.SOLUTION: A composite fine particle powder comprises at least two kinds of fine particles A and B, wherein at least parts of those fine particles A and B couple to each other through an organic hydrophobing agent. There is provided a method of producing the composite fine particle powder, and the method includes: a process (I) in which the fine particles A and the fine particles B are mixed in a dry process under the existence of an organic hydrophobing agent of a fluid state; and a process (II) in which the organic hydrophobing agent adhering to a surface of the fine particle A and the organic hydrophobing agent adhering to a surface of the fine particle B are reacted with each other.
