Provided are a self-organizing network (SON)-based network state division method, device and network system.The present invention relates to the field of communications, and can reduce network problem maintenance costs and improve network problem solution efficiency.The method comprises: acquiring a network state parameter (101), the network state parameter comprising a network key performance indicator (KPI), a cell metric and a control parameter;performing variable dimension reduction on the network state parameter (102);performing clustering processing on the network state parameter after variable dimension reduction (103);and in accordance with the clustering processing result, performing change analysis on the network state parameter (104).
