<p>The device (10) has a housing (18) provided with a moderate temperature tunnel (20). An object (14) in the temperature tunnel is transported by a transport system (30). A temperature control device (32) controls temperature of fluid. Fluid jets (38, 40, 80) are provided on the object. The temperature control device adjusts a fluid nozzle and beam geometry of the fluid jets. An alignment unit is located in the fluid nozzle and varies axis of a turning layer of a fan beam (56) with respect to axis of each fluid jet.</p>
