The present invention relates to a band cable cutter comprising: a body having an insertion hole for inserting a cut portion of a band cable; a fixing member fixed inside the body and having a lower blade exposed to the inside of the lower part of the insertion hole; a slide member arranged on the fixing member to be linearly and longitudinally moved, and having a handle hinge-connected thereto; a gripping part arranged on the slide member and pulling the cut portion inserted in the insertion hole; and a cutting part operated when external force is applied to the handle in a state where the cut portion of the band cable is completely inserted in the insertion hole, and cutting the cut portion using an upper blade arranged on one side thereof; wherein the lower and upper blades both have a round surface part. Unlike existing technique, the cutter ties the wire harness by pulling the fastening member of the band cable surrounding the wire harness, and cuts the fastening member to be rounded by pulling the continued fastening member. Accordingly, the present invention can improve work convenience and can prevent safety accidents caused by sharp edges. |
