摘要 |
The present invention relates to an electrospinning device for manufacturing nanofibers and, more particularly, to an electrospinning device for manufacturing nanofibers, which can reuse an overflow system for reusing a polymer solution not converted into nanofibers, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) generated in a spinning process, and can connect both the systems to be operated. According to the present invention, high-quality nanofibers can be manufactured without generating a droplet phenomenon, which is generated in a downward electrospinning method, by using an upward electrospinning method. Raw materials can be saved and costs for the raw materials can be reduced, thereby reducing costs for manufacturing nanofibers because an overflowing spinning solution is recovered to be used as the raw materials of the nanofibers. A separate facility and a separate device for removing and discharging the VOCs by reusing and recycling the VOCs, which are harmful components, can be omitted thereby reducing costs for installing the device and the facility. Operating costs and solvent usage can be reduced by reusing and recycling, into a solvent, the VOCs which are generated in the process of spinning. And the present invention is eco-friendly because VOCs harmful to human bodies and the environment are reused and recycled instead of being discharged outside. |
