PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement-based solidification material by efficiently using concrete sludge, not decreasing flowability of solidification material slurry, and having good strength of a solidified soil.SOLUTION: A cement-based solidification material contains 0.5 to 4.5% of the mass decrement at 400 to 500°C and 4 to 8% of the mass decrement at 600 to 800°C in a thermogravimetric analysis (TG), 3 to 10 mass% of acid insoluble residue (insol) and 45 to 60 mass% of calcium oxide, as well as 2 to 10 mass% of a concrete sludge heating dry powder having a Blain specific surface area of 5000 to 10000 cm/g. |
