PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program and the like for detecting an existence of a particle omission regarding object sentence information as well as improving analysis accuracy for the object sentence information by complementing an omitted particle.SOLUTION: A program for particle omission complementation comprises: reference sentence accumulation means with accumulated reference sentence information with no inclusion of a particle omission expression; particle omission sentence generation means for generating the particle omission sentence information by deleting a particle from the reference sentence information; discrimination engine means composing two classes of pattern discriminators with the particle omission sentence information as positive example data and the reference sentence information as a negative example data, discriminating whether or not the input object sentence information is the particle omission expression and extracting a plurality of candidates for particle existing expressions corresponding to the particle omission expression; frequency of occurrence counting means for counting the frequency of occurrence in the reference sentence information accumulated to the reference sentence accumulation means for every particle existing expression to be a candidate; and particle omission complementation means for complementing the particle in the most frequently occurring particle existing expression to the object sentence information.
