PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for purifying the inside of a pipe conduit, capable of preventing clogging by solid matters in sewage and capable of stably treating sewage.SOLUTION: An apparatus for purifying the inside of a pipe conduit includes: a biofilm treatment pipe for treating sewage by a biofilm; and a solid-liquid separation pipe for conducting a solid-liquid separation of sewage before supplying the sewage to the biofilm treatment pipe. The apparatus 1 for purifying the inside of a pipe conduit includes: the biofilm treatment pipe 2 for treating sewage by the biofilm; and the solid-liquid separation pipe 3 for conducting the solid-liquid separation of sewage before supplying the sewage to the biofilm treatment pipe. The solid-liquid separation pipe 3 conducts the solid-liquid separation of sewage by settling and separation. A sewage inflow pipe 4 from which sewage 6 flows into the solid-liquid separation pipe 3 and a sewage outflow pipe 5 for flowing out the sewage 6 from the solid-liquid separation pipe 3 to the biofilm treatment pipe 2 are connected to the solid-liquid separation pipe 3. When the sewage 6 flowing in the sewage inflow pipe 4 flows into the solid-liquid separation pipe 3 having a larger inner diameter, its flow speed decreases considerably and solid matters 7 in the sewage 6 are settled out on the bottom of the solid-liquid separation pipe 3.
