PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a questionnaire evaluation allocation system and the like capable of receiving individual evaluation of a whole shop which a consumer visited by asking the consumer the limited number of questions.SOLUTION: A portable terminal 5, when a consumer visits a complex, measures what time the consumer entered and left each shop using an indoor positioning technique and transmits a measurement result to a server 3, which records the measurement result to a staying time DB 13. The server 3, when the consumer left the complex, reads questions 62 from a questionnaire question DB 15 and transmits the questions 62 to the portable terminal 5. The portable terminal 5 displays the questions 62 received from the server 3, and transmits an answer result input by the consumer to the server 3. The server 3, based on the answer result and the consumer's staying time in each shop read from the staying time DB 13, performs allocation processing of an evaluation value coupled with the consumer's staying time in each shop and records the calculated evaluation value in a questionnaire result DB 17. |
