PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling the temperature of a room subjected to temperature control which is available for temperature control not only in winter but also in summer when applied to temperature control of a habitable space, and in which promptness of initial cooling and long-time coldness retainability are compatible when applied to temperature control of a coldness retaining chamber of a constant-temperature transportation container, and a compact container shape can be realized.SOLUTION: According to the method for controlling the temperature of a room subjected to temperature control surrounded with wall materials, a floor material and a ceiling material, in at least one structural material of the wall materials, the floor material and the ceiling material, a heat storage material is disposed which contains: (A) at least one kind selected from a group of paraffin, fatty acid, fatty acid salt, fatty acid ester, aliphatic ketone, aliphatic alcohol and aliphatic ether; and (B) a hydrogen additive of a block copolymer including at least a conjugated diene (co)polymer of high vinyl bold content and a conjugated diene (co)polymer of low vinyl bond content. |
