PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device for positioning an inside member located inside the inner periphery of an outside member relative to the outside member, in which the positioning device can be easily set and the sealability between the outer peripheral side and the inner peripheral side of the outside member can be improved.SOLUTION: The positioning device comprises a sleeve 21 fitted into a cylindrical through-hole 13 that passes through from the outer peripheral side of a half chamber 11, which is the outside member, to the inner peripheral side thereof; and a pin 31 that pierces through the sleeve 21 and is engaged with a groove 7 formed on the outer periphery of a half blade ring 6, which is the inside member. The sleeve 21 comprises: a sleeve body 22 having a cylindrical shape allowing insertion into the through-hole 13 of the half chamber and having an eccentric hole 23 that passes through the sleeve body 22 in a cylindrical axial direction Dac at a position eccentric from a cylinder axis Ac, which is the center axis of the cylindrical shape, and to be inserted by the pin 31; and a flange part 25 formed at an outside end 22o which is one of two ends of the sleeve body 22 in the cylindrical axial direction Dac and whose distance from a rotor shaft is larger than the distance of the other end from the rotor shaft. |
