PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, while a chain is conventionally mounted by lifting a tire from the road surface by jack-up and putting the chain on the upper surface of the tire, using a jack on a snow-covered road surface is a quite dangerous working process and requires time and labor.SOLUTION: To eliminate the need of jack-up, a body of an attachment device is mounted and set on the upper surface of the central part of a multi-functional lifting auxiliary device. The tire is mounted on the upper surface of the attachment device from a lifting inclined part by operation to shift to chain mounting work. More specifically, the chain is put simply on the upper part of the tire and moved along the outer periphery of the tire, and both hooks of the chain is engaged in each other to complete the mounting. |
