PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating apparatus for realizing a simultaneous coating of rows of a coating liquid on one strip member by one coating apparatus.SOLUTION: A metal foil 2 is transported from a let-off shaft 4 to a take-up shaft 5, and die heads 12A and 12B for forming two rows of coating liquid layers on the metal foil 2 are arranged at positions shifted in a transfer direction T. A coating apparatus further comprises: a sensor for detecting the widthwise position of a band-shaped member; and a control device for moving the individual die heads by a moving mechanism in response to an input from the sensor so that the individual die heads may be positioned in the widthwise direction with respect to the band-shaped member. |
