The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a plug type DC power supply and a combination structure thereof. A body includes an embedded PCB comprising a transformer which transforms AC power into DC power and supplies the DC power. A plug terminal conducted to the PCB embedded in the body is formed. The method for manufacturing the plug type DC power supply according to the present invention is composed of a body forming step, a plug plate forming step, a blocking plate forming step, a PCB comprising step, a plug assembling step, a plug combining step, and a completing step to maintain airtightness in the body.
