The present invention relates to a device for supporting a protective disc of a grass cutter blade rotating a protective disc at a predetermined angle when the protective disc is applied with rotational pressure. The power grass cutter includes: a protective disc (100) forming a blade (A) on the lower part of the rotating blade (8) in a radial direction; and a bearing (11) having an external wheel fixed on the center of the protective disc (100) and fixes the protective disc (100) by inserting the internal wheel of the bearing (11) onto a male screw part formed on the end part of the rotating shaft protruding from a lower part of the blade and coupling the internal wheel with the male screw part using a screw (13). The device for supporting a protective disc of a grass cutter blade of the present invention includes: a protective disc (100) having a blade (A) in a radial direction; and an eccentric supporting part (120) formed on a part apart from the central portion (110) of the protective disc (100) by a predetermined distance.
