The present invention relates to a multilayer including carbon nanotubes produced by a layer-by-layer assembly method. The multilayer of the embodiments of the present invention has: (i) flux properties, (ii) anti-fouling (specifically anti-protein fouling) properties, and (iii) excellent properties of recovering the flux by a simple washing step using water after fouling.
